K9 Basic Life Support for Firefighters and EMS
This course provides essential knowledge and hands-on skills to deliver immediate care to injured K9s in the field. Participants will gain confidence in managing critical situations involving police, search and rescue, and other working dogs through hands-on skills and simulations.
K9 Handler Class: Mastering Medical and Trauma Care for Working Dogs
AMU K9 is excited to announce the "K9 Handler Class: Mastering Medical and Trauma Care for Working Dogs," in collaboration with the K9 Division of the Jackson Police Department. This course has been developed by our AMU K9 Handlers to support K9 Handlers and Law Enforcement Officers who work closely with working dogs.

AMU K9: Bridging the Gap in K9 Emergency Care for Firefighters
Hosted by Ocean County Training Center, this 8-hour class is strategically designed for Firefighters. Class training will include: Basic Life Support fundamentals, bleeding control, and much more. Participants can choose from one of two dates: Sunday, May 17th, and Monday, May 18th.
